• Responsible for the exterior designs and foliage placement in a project
• Tasked with coming up with the 3D Sketchup Models and renders for the clients to see
• In charge of coming up with the floorplans used in the projects

• Collection of Statements from the different Neighborhood Police Centre's and distributing them to their respective Investigation Officers
• Managing of the Investigation Branch Monthly Duty Roster for Investigation Officers
• Handling of confidential documents and information.
• Scheduling and handling of appointments and meetings for Head Investigation
• Responsible for verification of invoices that are sent to Investigation Branch
• Collection and collation of Medical Reports from the Lock-Up and distributing them to their respective Investigation Officers
• In charge of the various welfare activities for the Investigation Branch

Collection Department

• Print out report number for driver to collect the properties from the NPC
• Helping the driver to plan their route for the day
• Upload Data every morning to the system
• After properties arrive at collection department. We will sort out and verify the properties that was the system. Make sure is tele up with the system
• We will ask one police officer to check and verify that everything is tele after we done verify the properties

Registries Officer

• Open up the properties and check everything tele with NP 322 report
• If the properties is traceable we will sent letter, sms or email to owner that we found their property and able to collect it
• If the property is untraceable we will dispose it off. For ez link card, Work Permit and ect, we will sent it out to external agency
• For money we will pass to Cash Registries officer

Cash Registries

• Conduct daily Cash/Forex count on all floats fronts
• Perform Cash/Forex currency balance reconciliation
• Check and review daily Cash/Forex transactions, submit bank info (IBG) for refund/payment approval
• Perform to update daily and monthly Forex account closing report for management
• Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
• Participate in weekly stock-take and inventory count
• Perform daily breakbulk and data entry
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
