I joined WSH Company on May 2022 as Enforcement Officer for HSA till april 2024

My duties is

• Attend to feedback, complaints, tip offs on Tobacco related offences and work assigned by the Authority
• Conducting observations, patrols and Enforcement activities,Conducting raids and operations under appropriate supervision of the Authority officers.
• Other consecutive documentation works related to the job assigned and other jobs instructed by the authority.
• In 2023, I participated in a major operation at the Mandai Estate warehouse, where we raided illegal items and confiscated everything on site. Additionally, I've been involved in intercepting numerous attempts of vaporizer smuggling at the Inland Checkpoints, often detected by vigilant ICA Officers during inspections of heavy vehicles.

• More recently, in March 2024, I was part of another operation that led to a significant seizure at the Woodlands BizHub warehouse. In addition to those operations.
• my daily job scope includes conducting
• Person Under Possession (PUP) checks island-wide as assigned by my Operations Manager.
• I'm also responsible for collecting seizures from various sources, including the Singapore Police Force Division, Changi Airport, and other locations
• I also perform routine outlet checks at retail shops that sell tobacco products to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and protocols set by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), including adherence to standard packaging regulations.
• I'm also required to file reports for each case and provide statements for any detections made.
