    • Work with other sections/cells e.g., Rail Ops, Signalling, Comms, and RSW with regards to mainline train faults
    • Close tracking of condition monitoring system (WILD, Wireless TIMS) to ensure its functionality as well as actively, timely follow up on the alarms triggered from the systems
    • Ensure trains in depots are balance and arrange transfer between depots as necessary
    • Track and monitor train fleet wide arising from train disruption/incident after normal working hours.
    • Responsible to meet the key performance indexes set by the department.
    • To ensure good housekeeping in the workplace.
    • Assist other cells in terms of information collation when needed.
    • Any other tasks identified during the course of operations.
