Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS)

• Perform Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance in accordance with prevailing safety standards and quality meet the Key Performance index.
• Test and Troubleshooting of PLC ,RTU , RT server , MFT. Assembly/Swapping and setting of various key equipments.
• Proficient with cable testing and training.

Signaling Quality management

• Arrange staff for internal and external courses

Rolling Stock Controller

• Plan and coordinate trains in accordance with PM and projects work requirement.
  • Liaise with OCC to meet train requirement, liaise/assist in train faults and mainline incidents/accidents.
  • Assignment of fit trains to revenue service and its stabling track upon return to depot
  • Sense makes the information gathered and decide the most effective and efficient approach in quick response to minimize impact to service and customer experience.
  • Assist in management of train faults, incidents and emergencies occurring on mainline.
  • Track the corrective maintenance performed by staff on EMUs for reported faults in mainline.
  • Ensure fault and rectification details are timely updated to OCC.
  • Update and monitor train status and serviceability for mainline services.
  • Provide 2nd level technical advisory and engineering support to the section.
  • To be well versed with the TC technical defect handling book
  • Work with other sections/cells e.g., Rail Ops, Signalling, Comms, and RSW with regards to mainline train faults
  • Close tracking of condition monitoring system (WILD, Wireless TIMS) to ensure its functionality as well as actively, timely follow up on the alarms triggered from the systems
  • Ensure trains in depots are balance and arrange transfer between depots as necessary
  • Track and monitor train fleet wide arising from train disruption/incident after normal working hours.
  • Responsible to meet the key performance indexes set by the department.
  • To ensure good housekeeping in the workplace.
  • Assist other cells in terms of information collation when needed.
  • Any other tasks identified during the course of operations.

• Ensured safe and efficient train operations by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Conducted pre-departure inspections to verify equipment functionality and passenger safety.
• Communicated real-time updates to passengers regarding schedule changes and delays.
