I am tasked to oversee the day-to-day operations of a cruise ship, ensuring that all aspects of the cruise experience run smoothly for both passengers and crew. This includes liaising with relevant government stakeholders and occasionally travel overseas for conferences and port visit.

I was responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the cruise terminal's physical infrastructure and facilities, as well as the safety of passengers and our stakeholders. This role is integral to maintaining a secure environment in the terminal and ensuring that all safety regulations and operational standards are met.

I was tasked to oversee the operations at the terminal during the shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for passengers, crew, and all stakeholders involved.

The main role for the above title was to manage front desk operations while ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
