Feedstock & Pre-treatment (Jan 2025 onwards)

✓ Performing bleaching and degumming experiments on different kinds of biomass sample matrices such as animal fats, used cooking oil, palm oil mill effluents etc.

✓ Other types of biomass feedstock pre-treatment experiments such as filtration, settling, heated centrifugation etc

🏆 Assignment: To strengthen the Quality Control and Quality Assurance aspects for tests methods. Outcome: Developed prescribed QAQC guideline documents and revamped the Standard Operational Procedures for the instrument test analysis that outline the requirements needed to produce more accurate and confident test results.

🏆 Assignment: To perform Method Verification and update of Measurement Uncertainty after relocation. Outcome: Successfully release the MU/MV reports for two Accredited Test methods. Despite not having formal training on MU/MV, I spearheaded my own learning based on the resources available and consulted senior staff on my progress.
