I have always had an interest in human interactions. I see myself doing well conversating with others and I also strongly believe that I should always refine how I send my message out to others

I love to expand and most importantly enhance my current interpersonal skills while also finding out new ways to further improve how I can better present myself while building better confidence

I have always been working towards owning a business and, as I had more exposure with various characters and backgrounds, throughout these years, I had discovered how important it was to be diplomatic yet just.

My goals are:

Learning how to build long term rapport with customers and attract returning customers for company's positive reputation.

To study common customer problem, worries and needs and finding the best approach to resolve them

Improve existing communication and social skills and how to deliver my message more clearly and fluently without stuttering or stumbling my words around.
