• Work closely with the Officers to plan, coordinate and execute the maintenance by Term Contractors
• Liaise with Contractor to ensure proper work procedures adhere to local authorities' regulations and act
• Supervise Term Contractor workmen to carry out work as stipulated in respective contracts
Prepare reports and checklists (e.g. Inspections details/ Sites work progress Photos) for submissions
• Certify and submit the Term Contractor's final report detailing work done at site for preparation of completion certificate for payment
Supervise of pipeline reserve patrolling operation and maintenance works to ensure security and to check for leak, encroachment, unauthorized activities, dumping or etc.
Knowledge in equipment maintenance so as to ensure quality work from Contractor
