I've started running in 2019, I picked up athletics under the sprint category is because I want to learn how national and professional runners lives a healthy balance in many aspects of life including the social academic, spiritual and physical. The second reason why I chose running is because I want to be in good shape in physique, improve on my brain health, heart and cardiovascular performance by performing 6 days a week of athletics training session. The last reason is that I want to represent Singapore in athletics because I want to contradict s tereotypes about it, to promote that it exists in the first place, to promote its legitimacy as a nation in threat of an oppressor or to improve the image of where they are from.
