hardworking person who is passionate about helping to keep singapore safe and also a motivated learner who wants to improve myself to be the best at what i am doing
in this posting i have worked as a patrol officer and as an assistant to my supervisor. as a patrol officer I experienced attending to police calls where i have learned skills such as communication and adaptability. as for communication i learned how to communicate effectively with other officers and with members of public of different backgrounds and circumstances which is important in managing the situations while attending to police calls.
secondly, i have learnt adaptability by learning to be observant and to assess situations as the circumstances change to ensure safety and the right steps are taken to deal with the situation
as for being an assistant to my supervisor i have been given the opportunity to observe how to manage from a big picture point of view and learned to understand their thought process of their decision making
