Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to review project plans and specifications.
Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets.

Track project expenses and manage change orders and budget adjustments.

Review and approve invoices, timesheets, and material purchases.
Act as the main point of contact between the client, design team, regulatory agencies, and contractors.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to clients and upper management.
Ensure all project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, inspections) is current and well-organized.
Enforce compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Implement site-specific safety programs and conduct safety audits.
Ensure proper permitting and inspections are completed as required by local authorities.
Coordinate final inspections and ensure punch list items are completed.
Prepare close-out documents including warranties, as-built, and manuals.
Conducted final project handover and ensured client satisfaction.
