- Daily AV Operations & Maintenance: I am responsible for the routine maintenance and optimal functioning of all audiovisual equipment across the school. This includes regular checks and upkeep of projectors, projector screens, and various audio equipment to prevent disruptions to daily activities and lessons. I also ensure that AV systems in key venues like the auditorium and hall are always in excellent working order.
- Vendor Management & Procurement: I serve as the primary liaison with multiple external vendors for all AV-related services. Thus, I was able to work with a variety of companies including UnUsUal Production, D8, Ascend and Stage4 AV that has broadened my field and knowledge in the industry. Also handled a lot of different equipment as different companies specialize in different equipment.
