Responsible for assembly of complex modules and system that include device enclosure, panel, racks or providing box-build services by utilizing programmed robotics systems in accordance with customer's requirements and specifications. The Mechanical Assembly Technician also conducts basic testing and calibration works on the finished product.

• Preparing Uncreate,sub‑assembly,testing and packaging a healthcare products.
• Use work instruction as duty guideline,maintain 5's,Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Assist Engineer in developing,building and testing prototype products,rework and failure instrument.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues,minimizing downtime and keeping production on track to meet deadlines.
• Increased overall productivity by training new technicians and providing ongoing support to team members.

• Assembled and aligned parts and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions given,works with team leader and engineer to solve issues.
