• Advise and support implementation of multi donor funded project (USD 2mn) “Indonesia Investment and Competitiveness Program’(ICP) to design and implement better policies and regulations that boost private sector competitiveness and investment and aid transition towards a more open, inclusive, and green economy.
• Project coordinator for World Bank project funded by Govt. of Korea (USD 1.2 mn) for promoting adoption of digital/disruptive agriculture technologies’ (DAT) among smallholder farmers in India with focus on State of Maharashtra.
• Led analytical task of assessment of competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in food processing sector in Uttar Pradesh focusing on policy and regulatory aspects (largest state in India) for informing WB funded project on Food processing Industry

As a Private Sector Development Specialist, I have designed, steered, and led various projects in the areas of investment climate, competitiveness and innovation and entrepreneurship.

• Design and implement advisory, lending, technical assistance and analytical projects covering diverse thematic areas such as tourism, skill development, rural livelihoods, business regulations, entrepreneurship, and innovation
• Engagement and dialogue with governments, policy makers, practitioners, donors, private sector, think tanks and industry associations for design and implementation of projects focusing on public policy for private sector
• Organize public and private dialogue and stakeholder consultations to inform design of programs and for communication outreach
• Develop communications materials, regular reports and regular updates for dissemination among IFC, World Bank Group, donors and external sources
