Report to Technical Manager of Shipping Technical Department and responsible for the technical management and operations of assigned vessels.
Ensure vessels under charge is being maintained as per required technical standards and performance.
Monitor vessel’s certificates and documents are updated.
Ensure effective implementation of Company management and Plan Maintenance system
Monitor day to day vessel operations and follow up on vessel requisitions and plan maintenance are up to date.
Ensure vessel Class survey status is monitored and plan for vessel statutory and other surveys are timely carried out.
Prepare, manage and monitor dry-dockings and other required adhoc repairs and maintenance jobs.
Prepare and manage vessels budget.
Monitor Noon reports and fuel and Lube oil consumption.
Ensure fuel oil and lube oil analysis are monitored and take necessary corrective action promptly.
Appraise crew performance and review for promotion.
Carry out Vessel Technical Inspection timely and follow up with observations.
Ensure vessel defects are reported and followed up with required rectification.
Carry out MPA required CIC inspection on vessels to ensure vessel is up to MPA inspection standards to ensure zero detention.

Reporting to General Manager of Fleet Technical Operations and responsible for the technical management and operations of assigned vessels.
Monitor day to day vessel operations and follow up on vessel requisitions and plan maintenance are up to date.
Carry out Ship Port Inspection and Sailing visits to ensure vessel upkeep and performance is up to company and Oil Major requirements and standards.
Responsible for communication, promotion and implementation of company's policies onboard and ensure crew adhere to Code of Conduct.

Prepare the dry docking specification, submit to yards for quotations and evaluate the received quotations. Follow up with warranty claim on assigned new-build vessel. Carry out Incident Investigation and provide report on root cause and follow up
Implement and maintain a safe, cost efficient and environmentally sound operation standard in compliance with TSM.
Procedures for a given number of vessels. Manage the daily operation of the number of vessels assigned to him in accordance with TSM Procedures & communicate Masters and Chief Engineers on important matters. Evaluate and monitor the required reporting from the vessels, act as required and inform other office sections and external bodies as is relevant.
Follow up class and statutory certification status, condition of class and arrange for the necessary surveys and inspections.
Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry docking specification, submit the specification to yards for quotations and evaluate the received quotations.

Prepare docking Project Plan to submit for management review and review dockyard performance.
