- Approve technical report on irregularities and tempering cases.
- Carried out site investigation on irregularities ie. Voltage transformer High Risk Customer (HRC) cases.
- Installation and maintenance of Feeder Meter and ensure all feeder meter reading are analyzed and discrepancies are investigated and action were taken.
- Installation/Maintenance of PMU/PPU metering system on all incoming and outgoing MV feeders.
- Implementing new secure metering panel with high security features to deter MIT cases on LV LPC.
- Relocation metering system for LPC and creating backup metering system for the purpose of energy balancing audit and data for back billing.
- Coordinate meeting with respective division/district/state/unit for feeder meter related work, CT accuracy verification, shifting of TTB and relocating metering system.
- Approve inspection form and update system BCRM and analytic system.
- Perform mandatory disconnection in order to deter repeated MIT cases.

- Manage a total of 46 teams to install and maintain RMR equipment for Selangor and KL region.
