• Worked closely with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience) and external stakeholders (government agencies, regulators, and law enforcement) to drive compliance, resolve disputes, enhance safety protocols, and improve service quality.

Started up the Enforcement Team with Primary job scope includes playing a critical role in enforcing platform policies, conducting investigations, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance among Grab’s driver- and merchant-partners to maintain platform integrity, safety and partner trust.
