• Managing and Controlling the the service delivery of FIS vendor for CS derivative clearance business
• Managing production incidents by Invoking Incident Management Call with Infra teams and dev team.
• Conducting Post Mortem session with Infra teams and dev team to identify the root cause and Incident follow up actions to fix the incidents permanently
• Driving SRE stream for Operation Technology Applications
• Installing App Dynamics(App D) monitoring tool for all prod applications and configuring Infra and Application monitoring set up to generated alerts automatically using Moogsoft
• Adopting Ignio monitoring process for applications where AppD is not suitable
• Running Monthly Production Status call with Business/IT stakeholders and discussing production issues, recurring issues and area of improvements required for production stability and performance management.
• Planning and Running DR events
• Conduction 1-1 meetings for team members to discuss their performance progress as per objective setting and providing feedbacks
• Controlling L1 Vendor Management deliverables
• Publishing Support effort of team globally and rectifying incident effort gaps by discussion with team
• Working with support management and dev team for RTB Budget estimation and allocations
• Highlighting change inflicted issues to Dev Management
• Running Capacity Management Initiative and working with dev team for resolution

• Managing the service delivery of LDO distributed apps for APAC & EMEA Regions
• Managing the Production Incidents impacting Middle office Derivatives Trading Business and Resolving them to meet Exchange deadlines
• Leading the discussion of Problem Management of Production Incidents with Delivery Team and Technology Infrastructure team to identify root causes of Incidents and future actions to resolve the production incidents permanently
• Capturing Production Incidents Impacts and Future Actions in SNOW system and Managing the Life cycle of the Production Incidents
• Conducting Monthly Service Delivery Status meeting with Business Stake Holders and providing Application SLA Metrics and Production Incidents Reporting to Business Mgt Team
• Driving production issues BOW Items meeting with Delivery team and Business change management team
• Attending Global Release meeting and making sure that production changes are as per the changes management guide lines and giving feedback on change and release management violations and discrepancies to Delivery Management

• Gathering business requirement details from SAP team
• Creating system requirements based on the Business requirements
• Creating Web Pages template to enhance SAP Schedule Line Functionalities
• System Analysis and Design for web modules to enhance schedule line functionality
• Creating time estimation for the development modules and Assigning development tasks to team member
• Conducting weekly status meeting to track the status of the development And updating the Project Manager about the development status
• Creating Development/UAT environment
• Creating release procedure, DR procedure and executing production releases.

• Design and Development of SOAP station Java APIs for the web service module
• Interacting with Actional for reporting the product bugs and new enhancements;
• Implementing the SOAP station functionalities; Developing GUI using struts framework
• Developing LDAP Java APIs for User Account Management and SSL Certificate Management
• Creating Test web services and deploying it in weblogic; Configuring SSL in Weblogic,IIS,Tomcat , Actional SST and Actional XMS
• Configuring LDAP as a authenticator in weblogic; Creating new weblogic instance
