• Interaction with Supplier to meet client aspiration and tooling feasibility in design and Documentation agreements with CFT team related to product analysis for design optimization.

• Experience in complete product life cycle of Electromechanical Products from NPD to NPI Engineering for line system production from improving productivity to new product development and new product implementation through Continual Improvement Activities, SMED, KAIZEN, POKE YOKE etc.
• Experience in Reverse engineering & Remastering of existing parts from Laser scanned / White light scanned point cloud data along with building prototypes by Rapid prototyping, SLA model, Aluminum machined components, as well as Soft tooling samples.
• Experience in conducting environmental tests such as IPXX water tests, UV test, Salt spry test, Dust and fog test & Drop test for marine products such as Infotainment system.
• Experience in development of Jigs & fixtures for CNC machining centers, Technology Transfer Project implementation, supplier Development.
• Good Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (G.D&T).
• Hands on experience in making Estimation and Costing of Product.
