• To support Sales and Tendering team in term of technical and design specification, product customization cost and switchgear configuration, to create and propose Temporary Sales Approval (TSA) according to project and customer's requirements

• To support Procurement & Logistic team for analyze material cost and initiate cost savings
• To support Engineering team in term of design feasibility, Design To Order (DTO), and technical specification review.
• To collaborate with Project Management team for executing project to improve deliverable design and solutions according to customer requirement
• To support Production team during internal process, to proceed design customization and to provide working instruction
• To develop product costing, Bill of Material (BoM), make or buy analysis to have competitive product cost and selling price in markets
• To develop Configuration Tools related to software version update, product cost update and design improvement
• To collaborate, to initiate and to perform cost savings analysis with Global Product Management team
• To evaluate new process technologies in order to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction.
• To perform Product Homologation and Transfer of Technology (ToT) and to collaborate with Global R&D and Product Management team
• To take lead product type test at external laboratory and local product certification (local content/TKDN, SPM, LMK type test etc.)
• To analyze and report cost benchmarking to Global Product Management team
• To plan yearly product roadmap with Marketing team, and to identify market volume, opportunity and profitability
• To analyze and report Project Revenue and Order Receive (OR) achievement for Primary and Secondary Air Insulated Switchgear to Global Product Management team
• To present and transfer product training to internal team and external customers related to product release and new solution

• Provide technical / engineering expertise, including customer's requirement analysis and technical design support (Design architecture, BOM, and Technical Description)

• Contribute to technical negotiations in order to provide best solution and meet to customer requirement
• Provide, review, updated and validated technical / engineering solution in project execution stage including basic design engineering, engineering deliverable list, SLD and schematic drawing, Bill of Material, and Engineering Design Notice.
• Provide, review and validated technical drawing in all stage of EPDS project and ensure quality and project deadline. Manage and records as built drawing

• Prepare and package commercial of complicated offer to support Tendering and Sales
• Provide technical / engineering expertise, including customer's requirement analysis and technical design support (Design architecture, Operating Philosophy, BOQ, and Technical Description)
• Contribute to technical negotiations in order to provide best solution and meet to customer requirement
• Provide, review, updated and validated technical / engineering solution in project execution stage including basic design engineering, engineering deliverable list, schematic drawing, and material take over, procedures, competency profile and engineering changes.
• Provide, review and validated technical drawing in all stage of service project and ensure quality and project deadline. Manage and records as built drawing.
• Responsible for managing implementation QSHE Management System in organization by establishing, communicating, implementing and reviewing organization strategies and objectives which refer to QSHE Policies, Directives, Procedures and other legal requirements to achieve QSHE goals with consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
