IT/AV:

• IT Tech Lounge, improve the digital literacy of the organisation by advocating and educating users on the use of corporate IT tools and solutions to increase work productivity.

• Work with various IT teams to promote and educate users on new productivity tools and IT solutions via road shows, classroom training etc

• Develop user operating guides and animated training videos to engage and encourage

users to self-learn and train.

• Maintain IT knowledge-based articles to provide accurate, meaningful, and simple-to-

follow content that helps users to mitigate issues quickly.

• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to improve user engagement.

• Manage outsourced partners to provide deployment and end user support services for AV

equipment, desktop PC, notebooks, office phones, mobile devices, and all IT peripherals.

• Collaborate with Group Admin team to identify improvement areas in the support and

maintenance of AV equipment set up the corporate meeting rooms.

• Participate in regular checks, troubleshooting and minor repairs on AV equipment setup.

• Provide support to escalated cases from the outsourced Service Desk or complaints on

Service Desk reported by end users.

Office Operation:

• 1st level support in Electrical faults & trips (MCB, RCCB etc).
• Daily hands-on troubling shoot, routine daily maintenance.
• Attend all maintenance job requests.
• Respond to urgent breakdown.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdown.
• Support teammates in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Manage all systems (Electrical ,Aircon, lights, doors, CCTV, AV, etc)
• To get quote for all maintenance renewal
• Assists in setting up of the training rooms and Auditorium accordingly to clients’ requirements.
• Maintains the cleanliness of all training rooms and general facilities in the Business Centre.
• Conducts regular checks to identify issues with IT equipment or appliances breakdown.
• Supports in troubleshooting and minor repairs of IT equipment or general appliances.
• Detects and reports the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Manages and replenish stock of supplies (i.e. stationery, refreshments) by anticipating clients’ requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Set up and prepare meeting rooms and functions rooms for meetings.
• Audio visual coverage for all live events and meetings in the building.
• Set up for live concerts
• Provide basic training for users
• Barco Software and projector for Movie Screening
• Theatre setup for live events
• Respond to Audio Visual maintenance issues immediately upon notification
• Perform preventive maintenance program on M&E equipment, including plumbing and electrical Routine inspection of all public area to ensure good condition and corrective action is taken accordingly. (If needed)
• Other duties as assigned by Managing Agent

• Attend to IT/AV/VC related issues – Cisco Video Systems.
• On Standby Support for VIP/President townhalls/meetings.
• Training Maintenance/Reporting of faulty equipment.
• Support basic Computer and Laptop issues.
• Preventive Maintenance. Provide Training for users.

• Perform preventive maintenance program on hotel M&E equipment, including plumbing/sanitary system to standard
• Execution of maintenance work order in guest rooms, public area and hotel facilities
• Respond to maintenance issues immediately upon notification
• Routine inspection of all public area to ensure good condition and corrective action is taken accordingly
• Serve as an active member of hotel emergency response team
• To carry out other job assignments by superiors.
