• Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency situations with regards to pre-com and energization of area
• Reviewing of subcontractor's pre-com / commission MSRA
• Reviewing & issuing of daily pre-Comm PTW, reviewing to ensure no SIMPOS between construction and pre-comm activities.
