Project: Sengkang Punggol LRT Depot Expansion

• To supervise electrical & signaling installation, testing and commissioning works allocated by site supervisor and construction manager for SPLRT Ph3 Project (Sengkang Punggol LRT).
• Assist and Support the site supervisor and construction manager in all aspects of works, including: Reviewing electrical and signalling system drawing and specifications.
• Planning and scheduling work
• Assigning work to sub-contractors and overseeing their work.
• Major work is power / control / signal / FO cabling, equipment installation, testing and commissioning associated with LRT project.
• Ensuring compliance with the standards, codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting electrical problems.
• Developing reports and records.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Perform routine tasks, such as Conducting pre-task Toolbox Meeting/ Safety briefings.
• Assisting Engineer on LRT Automatic Vehicle Protection (AVP), Vehicle Detection (VD), Computer-Based Interlocking (CBI), Automatic Vehicle Operation (AVO), Automatic Vehicle Supervision (AVS), Position Detection Ground Coil (PDGCs), Station Loop Coil (SLCs), Station Device Box (SD) and Wayside signalling equipment, various communication and logging systems and associated software
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are accurate in quantity, type and in acceptable quality
• Manage picking and packing process
• Supervise sub-contractors such us pickers, packers, operating forklift.
• Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes
• Maintain storage areas by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design
• Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas
• Handling and keeping tracks of all import/export documentations
• Planning, scheduling, and developing the most efficient transportation and logistics system
• Execute system transaction to ensure accuracy in system and physical inventory
• Liaise with all parties involved in the import and domestic movements of stocks, including transport companies and freight forwarders
• Complete paperwork for all deliveries
• Any other ad-hoc works assigned by project manager and construction manager
• Coordinate with management, team members (including Japanese supplier), and client representative
• Ensure contractor conduct toolbox briefing prior to any undertaken task and adhere to all safety regulations
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
• Ensure only registered contractor are allow to carry out the installation work in a safe manner and valid relevant certification for the work type
• Ensure that any unsafe practices are reported and corrected accordingly
• Ensure contractor perform housekeeping and normal maintenance able to be carried out safely.

• Operating forklift, drum picker, hoists, and pallet jacks to perform products movement and transfer
• Verifying receiving and shipping paperwork for accuracy in accordance to establish procedures
• Labelling, filled, transfer empty and full drums, pails, bags, and IBC tanks of all chemical products used and produced in the plant
• Performing appropriate inventory transaction and record keeping tasks both manual and electronic as required
• Reviewing daily loading/unloading schedule, tie in with appropriate personnel, communicate plan for completion of schedule
• Maintaining good housekeeping and cleanliness in the area
• Comply to all HSE policies and procedures
• Stagging of Raw Material for Production Use
• Checking of ISO Container upon Arrival
• Stagging of ISO Container to Chemical Tank Farm for Loading of Raw Material for Production use
• Drive Yard Prime Mover for ISO Container Shifting.

• Ensure to place empty and laden tank containers at the appropriate locations and in safe position
• Ensure to place tanks at locations assigned by the Operations Coordinator that makes workflow smooth, retrieve easy and release efficient
• Ensure to observe the safety precautions and OHSE management at work
• Ensure to allocate appropriate space for tank storage that makes retrieve easy and release efficient
• Assist to shift tanks within the depot when required
• Carry out immediate tank exterior survey and submit Equipment Inspection Report for incoming and out-going tanks when required
• Report to the Operations Coordinator and the Operations Manager promptly on major damages
• In the absence of the Asst Operations Coordinator, ensure to channel tank information on tank specification, tank condition, tank status, tank movement and customers' requirement among the Operations Coordinator, the Supervisors and independent surveyors clearly and timely
• Ensure to carry out daily checks on forklift.

• Coordinating with CS for picking & pack for Customer request
• Identifying and providing the equipment and materials required to develop, manufacture, deliver and provide services to our customers
• Ensure every received material is correct by checking part number, batch number, Production Order Number and quantity
• Loading & unloading of items
• Visual check part condition (e.g
• Rust, dent, part number , batch number, Production Order Number and quantity ) and improper packaging of the material ( inform Immediate superior for any part are not order )
• Place an order from ours own third party customer for ordering of wooden crate.

• Coordinating warehousing & inventory function such as driving 16 ton Kalmar forklift and receiving of inbound shipping materials
• Receiving and moving items to storage on within the same day where applicable
• Loading & unloading of items
• Labelling items and to follow up with OPES tags where required
• Cycle count, labelling, tagging, consolidating items to specific racks and ensuring items are in the correct locators.

• Assisting full time staff for loading & unloading of Cargo
• Receiving and moving items to storage on within the same day where applicable
• Operating Heavy Forklift ( 16 Ton )
• Labelling items and to follow up with OPES tags where required
• Cycle count, labelling, tagging, consolidating items to specific racks and ensuring items are in the correct locators.

• Perform warehouse duties such as picking and packing of items
• Drive forklift for loading and unloading of container
• Handling piping casing from 2 7/8 to 36 inch
• Loading & unloading items
• Transferring items from yard to yard.

• Operate tractor for towing of baggage trolley
• Operate pallet dolly thru baggage terminal & cargo terminal.

• Breaking down cargo from pallet dolly
• Arrange cargo in order ( e.g
• Part number , AWB number )
• Build up cargo for freighter flight
• Prepare Bulk cargo , ULDs using build up materials provided by Carrier
• Build up materials provided by Handling Company and establish gross weight ,volume and provide the load control unit with the information
• Check incoming cargo against air waybills or shipment record and manifests.

• Warehousing, loading & unloading of cargo, driving forklift & other ad-hoc duty.
