● Assemble special process, where involve three pieces of titanium panel with manually print out a special design on it to create hollow fan blade for the process line.

● Conduct visual and optical Inspection of the process

● Able to read and confirm the particle count from the system to validate special process assembly.

● Operate chemical clean line process. This operation is critical to maintaining product integrity which also handles Potassium Fluoride, Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) & Nitric acid in the process.

● Perform top up and drain from the chemical system

● Able to take samples from the chemical system

● Heat Treatment Process, to create a solid state joint between the 3 pieces titanium into 1 piece by a suitable combination of temperature, time and pressure.

● Bakeout Vacuum Oven machine to carried out to remove binder or solvents from inside the component prior process.

● Supervise and Lead the crew on daily tasks

● Able to do manpower planning, work distribution, overtime planning, driving the production numbers.

● Understands the internal customer requirements & manages crew delivery requirements on shift

● Perform Recovery planning to meet the target

● Ensure Technician are in line and understand the TI (Technical Instruction) before they carry out their daily tasks.

● Ensure safety and proper 5S are done in workstation.

● Able to identify bottleneck and deliver accordingly.

Specialization: Electronics & Logistics

• Servicing of Equipment - Enhanced system performance by troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment.
• Plan corrective maintenance
• Stocks/Inventory checks - Oversee daily inventory counts to maintain data accuracy.
• In charge of Documentation and Report filing - Prepared reports tracking information such as purchase orders, inventory numbers, invoicing activities and report submission for issues on servicing equipment.
• Customer Service - Work with vendors to schedule daily pickups, weekly deliveries and planing.
• Overall store maintenance ( Safety, Quality & 5s )
