During my National Service, I volunteered with Acres, where I gained practical experience in animal care and husbandry. My responsibilities included:

• Caring for Reptiles: Learned specific habitat needs, including temperature, humidity, and substrate requirements. Assisted with feeding, health monitoring, and maintaining clean enclosures.
• Health and Wellness: Assisted with routine health checks and learned to identify signs of illness or distress.

This experience enhanced my understanding of the specialized care required for different species and reinforced the importance of responsible animal husbandry practices.
