• I was initially an intern there for my third year poly. After the intern I decided to be a part timer, after part timing at Suntec City for a few months they close the physical store and move in with their partner to save space. I also relocate and worked there.
• I handle the sales, when orders come in and which order comes out.
• I handle warehouse, inventory count, releasing of orders, new stocks and etc.
• I also handle the post-sales where I receive emails and complains which I also answer customers.

• Initially it was to sort parcels into different postal codes after scanning them.
• Then they ask me if I can be a perm doing office printer deliveries, where we collect new big office printers and deliver them. Just me and the driver have to sometimes carry the office printers when have no lift access

Find passport for collection or appointments and give it to the staff. Filing lost passports reports be it domestic or overseas.
