  • In charge of Operations & Maintenance, OPEX/CAPEX, managing a team of Engineers and Technicians operating the Central Waste Water Treatment plant which includes the operations & preventive maintenance of the filter press, air compressors (Kaeser/Ingersoll-Rand), HVAC, Exhaust fans, Scrubbers (Acid & Caustic), Water transfer pumps, chemicals procurement (Caustic, H2SO4 ) In this role, I was reporting the Operations performance to the Director for SEA, based in Kuala Lumpur
  • Achievements: Major cost savings (chemical expenditure is very high in this industry)

  • My client was PUB and they were asking for large volumes of water to be delivered
  • I managed to meet this demand without any fail, which cemented the relationship between PUB and Hyflux even further
