• To perform opening and closing routines for the mall

• To conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities and equipment are maintained to be safe and operating effectively and efficiently

• To carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs and other necessary installation works

• To attend to tenants’ request for maintenance related matters

• To monitor term contractors in their routine servicing

• To provide operational support for promotional events eg. stage and sound system, crowd control etc

• To carry out inventory management measures and storage

• To keep proper record of work assignments

• To provide immediate response & technical assistance to tenant’s & office’s service request

• Carry out preventive maintenance, service and repair work of M&E building services systems.

• To supervise & work closely with all service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and report irregularities to Supervisor / Manager. Any defects to restore in a timely manner.

• Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance works

• To perform servicing & maintenance work scheduled by Engineer

• To monitor & supervise contractors
