• The duty of the Captain is to plan the navigation routes according to the desire of the guests, navigate on these routes, care of passengers and attitude towards passengers in accordance with good practices in tourism, information and assistance to passengers during the voyage, and other obligations of the boat Captain as stipulated by the Law
• The Captain shall take care of the safety of navigation: seaworthiness of the yacht, current weather conditions, meteorological forecast, availability and safety of ports or anchorages, basic maintenance & cleaning of the vessel, order among persons on the vessel, provisioning the vessel with fuel, water and food, and other factors affecting the safety of navigation
• In the case of need, and in particular when the safety of navigation so requires, the Captain has the right to alter the planned navigation routes at any time
• Ensures that the ship is clean and well-maintained
• Decision making with regard to crew.

• Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality
• Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched
• Loading and unloading lorries, vans and other vehicles
• Operating a forklift, boom truck and front-end loader
• Moving and organising stock
• Supervising the work of junior staff
• Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in
• Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
