· Handled full set of accounts including (AP/AR/GL)
· Maintained Fixed Assets Register,track existing and new fixed assets
· Prepare payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in timely and accurate manner, overtime computations
· Ensure all AR / AP are accurately and properly reconciled
· Prepare monthly routine journal entries for accrual, prepayment, fixed assets & balance sheet schedules
· Handled employee expenses claim and staff reimbursements
· Performed AP duties which includes payment processing and ensured proper supporting documents for approval of payments
· Responsible for intercompany transaction,intercurrent reconciliation
· Supporting for the annual budgeting and planning process.
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Managing clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office memos, resumes, correspondence and presentations.
· Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
· Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
· Performing other relevant duties when needed
