Summary

I am a seasoned consulting professional working with a fortune 500 Management & Technology
Consulting firm, supporting my organization in strategy and transformation
related client projects. My role also involves managing a team of strategy consultants and
analysts, and my responsibilities include day-to-day management of their project
deliverables, mentoring and upskilling.
In addition, I manage Sustainability programs for my organization’s Southeast Asia entities.
Lastly, I am also a regular academic befriender for students from low-income families as part of
my association with Beyond Social Service, Ministry of Social & Family Welfare, and Singapore
Red Cross.
In addition, I am a part of the prestigious NUS MTech program in Digital Leadership (Honors
Distinction), and a graduate (Gold Medalist) and post-graduate in Biotechnology (Distinction) from
one of the premier universities in India. Lastly, I also hold a master’s in business administration
with specialization in Marketing and Finance.
As part of my association with NUS, I volunteer as the Head of Tech Ops and Digital Ventures
arm of NUS Alumni Ventures, Southeast Asia's first student run angel investment network. As
part of her role, I am responsible for coaching and managing a product team of engineers and
designers, delivering market intelligence by extracting insights specific to the start-up’s industry
and target segment, delivering thought leadership leveraging quantitative analysis and market,
technology & industry trends, and more.
I have been consistently rated as a top performer and emerging leader in my organization, which
is demonstrated by the fact that I have been managing the world’s largest Digital Payments
Platform as a client relationship and project delivery manager. As part of various project
exposures, I have built a strong implementation knowledge around leveraging design thinking
principles for co-creating solutions with clients, creating customer journey maps, and delivering
customer segmentation, decision trees and innovative business models.
Whilst I work with various clients in different geographies, I have relied on my core strengths to
successfully deliver projects within timelines & budgets and with exceptional quality. These
strengths are business storytelling, analytics &; market research, client profiling, business
communications, and ability to move up steep learning curve swiftly, and my foundational
knowledge in various new and emerging technologies. Further, my exposure to clients from

Misbah started as strategy consultant in India and was later relocated to Singapore as Strategy & Consulting Manager to support South-East Asia clients in their Sales, Digital and Customer Transformation journeys. Currently, Misbah’s role involes pre-sales enablement, and client delivery (Planning/Forecasting, Budget Management, Scheduling, Program Management & Solution Delivery). Her core skillsets include business intelligence, stakeholder management, storyline and structuring complex communications delivery, and transforming commercial strategies and growth strategies.

As part of journey with Accenture, Misbah has had an opportunity to support globally recognized internet services companies (eCommerce, digital wallets, search engine providers and more) and healthcare companies. Some of the key projects are listed below:


Digital Transformation & Process Automation, Global Medical Equipment Client

• Leveraged design thinking principles as part of workshops with key stakeholders to map the as-is order-to-cash process • Responsible for identifying and understanding business process improvement requirements & assessing automation opportunities.

Online Privacy Study, Leading Search Engine Platform Client
• Served as an engagement manager on the project and managed delivery,
timelines & quality of the deliverables
• Responsible for maintaining internal and external communications, together
with building trust with all stakeholders including vendors and other Accenture
teams
• Conducted workshops with consumers to identify pain points and opportunity
spaces around online privacy and security
• Leveraged the insights to build an in-depth foundational understanding of online
privacy across 4 markets in APAC for the client. Insights enabled the client to
inform their privacy guiding principle for designing communication/messaging
from marketing & policy perspectives


Omnichannel Strategy Design, Global Pharmaceutical Company

Worked as the delivery lead for the project which involved developing and implementing innovative omnichannel strategies to optimize brand awareness, product education, and patient engagement across digital channels for the pharmaceutical player's products portfolio.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify the most effective channels for reaching healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
  • Lead the creation and management of high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs) and external agencies to develop and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze omnichannel campaign performance metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, etc.) and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.


Sales Workforce Transformation Point of View, Global Pharmaceutical Company

Collaborated with Commercial Teams (Sales & Marketing) to develop use cases on the use of advanced technologies to improve sales workforce efficiency

Developed upskilling related use cases with the use of AR and VR headsets and scenarios to enable sales workforce to simulate conversations with healthcare professionals


Security Functions Transformation, Global Hospitality Platform
• Worked as a strategy consultant and conducted workshops with client to
understand their ‘as-is’ process roadmaps and security functions
• Co-created a security assessment framework with the client to evaluate
maturity of the platform’s customer-facing functions & internal capabilities
• Evaluated the “as-is” capabilities of the platform via workshops with client’s
teams and determined & prioritized areas for transformation


Analytics-driven Product Portfolio Simplification, leading Asia-based Telecom Client
• Acted as the project manager, and responsible for performing in-depth analysis of consumer cohorts and
products portfolio (enterprise and consumer).
• Aggregated, analyzed, visualized the data to showcase insights efficiently to key stakeholders.
• Developed business case for every cohort to evaluate financial impact and defined the customer
migration roadmap & strategy.

Digital Maturity Assessment, Global Digital Native Client
• Performed deep-dive study of top 20 retail players across 8 APAC markets to identify their maturity in
terms of digital strategies for fulfillment, supply chain management and customer experiences.
• Developed a 2X2 prioritization matrix, mapping the retailers across size and digital maturity that helped
the client identify partnership opportunities based on retailers’ digital transformation readiness Vs.
current state.

Product Marketing Strategy, Leading Retail Client
• Served as a subject-matter expert to deliver use cases around leveraging geospatial intelligence to drive
innovative customer engagement strategies.

Supply Chain Transformation, Asia-based Online Retail Client
• Worked in capacity of project lead to perform ‘current state assessment’ of client’s existing supply chain (incl. sourcing and warehouse management) and advised improvement by use of emerging technology-
based solutions (RFID, Machine Learning, RPA, Digital Twin).

process transformation & change management, understand the underlying shifts in shopper behavior and
