• Certified UAV Trainer/instructor as part of CAAS Unmanned Training Program.
• Head the training service/ Academy of the company.
• Manage a team of 5 UAV Instructors, providing skills and technical training to all Avetics Global clients including MHA, SPF, SCDF, PCG, DSTA, DSO, ST Engineering, BCA, and various government and private enterprises.
• In charge of assessing skill gaps in clients' hardware and software training requirements and developing training programs to meet specific needs.
• Ensure delivery of training services at the highest quality and safety, in accordance to compliance stated by CAAS regulations and guidelines.
• Manage all in-house training assets such as drone fleets, training, and assessment records.

Achievements:

• Spearheaded the UATO training services for Avetics Global as one of the 1st three UATO established locally.
• Clear 1st CAAS Annual Audit with no major findings and safety lapses.

• Manage and lead Avetics Global Operation team in providing aerial services for all clients ranging from inspection, surveying, aerial photography, and videography.
• Manage all logistical requirements for the aerial services on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth operation; in charge of a fleet of over 20 UAs (unmanned aircraft) across all DJI product platforms.
• In charge of all in-house fleet maintenance and hardware development.
• Manage all in-house aerial support for engineering tests, product and flight demos

• In charge of and preparing work instructions for the production team.
• In charge of maintaining warehouse inventory and liaising with overseas manufacturing partner to maintain minimum stock level.
• Establish constant communication with site associates and project managers to maintain and ensure smooth flow of logistic support.
• Prepare and maintain daily inventory reports and tracking reports for all shipments.
• Work closely with operation manager and project managers to prepare and maintain monthly KPI reports.

Achievements:

• Successful in creating and implementing a seamless workflow for the import of goods from Marken China team to ASEAN region through Singapore depot; the process has been adopted locally and implemented in all local branches.

• Process all orders as received from project managers in accordance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Provide and prepare all required paperwork for Operations department to carry out packing and sorting processes.
• Provide administrative support to Operations department to streamline process flow and ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to clinical sites globally.
