EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Have being in the retail industry for the past 26 years, starting from a junior position and making my way up to the managerial position in managing multiple stores. I am well driven and passionate in retail and would like to explore more into this industry deeper to excel myself in this area as a professional. I had always see myself being one of the companies in a top management to run the business like my own. Hopefully I could set up my own business and succeed as a Operation Manager which I would yearn to be for a long time. My strengths are well adaptable to various working environments and independent with least guidance would prefer to observe and learn though task. My experience is as summaries: Staff development: I have managed up to 30 staffs, with proper communications, I managed staff conflicts and does quarterly feedback through appraisals and setting them quarterly goals for them to achieve. Aside from that i do provide staff training on products and customer service through my years of experience and research. Sales Management: Focusing on hourly and weekly key metrics (e.g. Average transactions, Average unit, unit per transaction and conversion) Alerting staff by hourly how much transaction and sales we need to achieve to meet our target. Practicing Management by walking around, looking for opportunities on staff to improve on the sales through up selling and add on.
