I have been working for more than 30 years with one of the world’s top travel agencies known as JTB. Currently I am a Non-Executive Director of the company. Formerly, I was an Executive Director and General Manager overseeing Corporate Finance, Administration and Human Capital in the Asia Pacific region. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the enterprise has 20 offices with operations in 14 countries including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Myanmar, India, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau.
Between 2014 and 2016, I was assigned as President and CEO of Dynasty Travel International, a household brand that provides full-fledged travel service for leisure and cruise travel packages and corporate travel to many MNCs and government offices. Between 2017 and 2022, I was appointed as board member of various subsidiary companies namely Dynasty Travel International, JTB Malaysia, JTB Myanmar, JTB Australia, JTB Oceania, JTB New Zealand, JTB India and Panorama JTB.
I possess strong leadership and organizational skills in managing teams and projects at both strategic and operational level. Throughout my career, I have developed professional exposure in the Asia Pacific region with valuable expertise in Strategic Planning, Operations, Finance, Administration, Human Resource Management, Talent Development, Learning and Performance, Risk and Legal Compliance, Analytical Thinking and System Integration. These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in managing organisations. My skills and experiences enabled me to contribute effectively and reach out to my fellow colleagues.
I am a strong believer in continuous learning and professional development, always seeking opportunities to enhance my skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends. To pursue self-actualisation, I took up WSQ – Advanced Certificate of Learning and Performance (ACLP) and NYP - Career Conversion Program for Digital Marketing. During my tenure with JTB, I conducted in-house training for our group of companies and I am confident that my enthusiasm for learning and my ability to embrace challenges will make me a valuable asset to the organisation.

To execute and enforce accounting standard, group policies and internal auditing lay out by Japan HQ and Asia Pacific HQ. To plan and execute yearly budget and cash projection, 1st and 2nd forecast. Monthly management meeting with all subsidiaries head of company. To prepare and present the company and its group of subsidiaries of the consolidation financial statement quarterly to the board of director.
Corporate Administration, Human Capital and Legal
To execute and enforce internal control policies and internal auditing lay out by Japan HQ and Asia Pacific HQ. To develop, comply and enhance rule and regulation for Global Talent Program and Overseas Graduate Program. To develop skill and knowledge by conducting legal and compliance seminar for management and staff. To develop brand strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility for JTB branding, carry out and take leadership for at least one new project.
IT Infrastructure and Security
To have an in-depth knowledge of JTB Asia Pacific network architecture with ability to create network diagrams. Protect JTB AP IT Infrastructure against internal and external cyber-attacks and promote IT security awareness in JTB Asia Pacific region. To provide first response to end-users' requests within reasonable time.
To execute strategic plan of overall budget plan and achievement for outbound travel. Managing 100 management and staffs in strategic and operational level, carrying out corporate social responsibility and branding. Promote multicultural, racial and religious harmonious and healthy workplace environment. Risk and crises management strategies, including cyber-attack security and system compliance
