Managed a private institution in Shanghai to deliver four year honours degrees awarded by Staffordshire University. The institution awards Business degrees and Computing degrees to local students upon successfully completed all requirements set by the university.

My role as ED and Academic Director involved course material development, quality assurance and conducting examinations board meetings in the presence of staff from the university.

Take charge of all education and training matters in support of members training and development needs. The Institute of Business was launched my me to offer professional qualifications to adult learners.

• Led curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational offerings and student engagement. The private school was the largest in Singapore offering British Computer Society Examinations as well as various External Degrees awarded by University of London.
• Collaborated with faculty to implement assessment strategies, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
• Oversaw academic program reviews, driving continuous improvement in quality and relevance of courses.
• Mentored department heads on best practices in instructional design and pedagogical approaches.
