  • Revive Tangle Teezer brand from -2% profitability in 2022, to today +52%, by gaining support from buyer to expand distribution from 9 doors to 41 doors, and also gotten permanent FOC top shelves display to provide education for consumers on comb's benefits.
  • Developed and implemented strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty eg, exclusive GWPs to be given by promoters and bounceback cards mechanics.
  • Contributed to event marketing, sales and brand promotion. On Oct 2023, I contributed to AHC biggest mega pop up in SEA, held in Vivo City, with an overachieved of 120% on sales target, and gathered more than 15k customer data in span of 2 weeks through a good team work and synergy with my beauty advisors/promoters.
