1. Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
2. Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme
3. Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
4. Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained
5. Coordinate with all parties and support site construction progress.
6. Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work
7. Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
8. Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations and highlight discrepancies
9. Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time for project in-charge.

1. Work closely between Singapore and Malaysia plant to ensure smooth delivery of materials and precast components at sites.
2. Work closely with cross department team to ensure information and issues are clearly defined and resolved.
3. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC poliecies, performance standards and specifications.
4. Attend site meetings, feedback on site progress and schedules, justify defects components and arrange for rectification, pre-delivery and post-delivery activities etc.
5. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
6. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
7. Plan, manage and coordinate projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and of highest quality.

1. Sourcing quotation from mould supplier for new project & ensure the moulds delivery schedule is met.
2. Preparation of casting schedule to sub-contractors and ensuring precast components are cast on time for delivery.
3. Coordinate with the project coordinator for the delivery of cast in item provide by main-con i.e. M&E, door frame, Ventilator sleeves, window frame etc
4. Update daily production report on wall charts.
5. Ordering of raw materials (BRC, Rebars, inserts, lifting hooks & nuts etc.) including cast in item (pipe, access cover) & ensure the materials are delivered on time for production.
6. Submission of weekly/monthly production reports including each project completion percentage updating daily production volume.
7. Checking of monthly Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) report against the production monthly report

1. Responsible for the inspection and quality compliance of the products and materials delivered.
2. Responsible for the day to day activities, coordination and ensure the smooth and efficiency of the operation of production.
3. Responsible for implementing and monitoring of the schedule work for daily production outputs to meet the production and delivery requirements.
4. Responsible for the implementation of Safety Regulations.
5. Accountable for control of material wastages, to ensure the conformity of the materials delivered by suppliers, and make arrangements for all the testing required.
6. Maintenance and control of the daily site records and report preparation.
7. Monitor work progress, file documents and perform functions and duties as may require by the superior.

4. Coordination and preparation of documents for site inspection and operation
5. Preparation and submission of progress reports
