• Responsible for monitoring and controlling train operational activities to ensure that safe, efficient, and reliable train services are always provided by making logical decisions

• Provide information to passengers onboard trains through train-borne announcements and text messaging systems. Communicate with internal departments and external agencies during prevailing and emergency situations.
