❖ Daily inspection work site plus prepare inspection report, checklist and submit to client with action taken for recommendation made by Site EHS personal.

❖ Identify unsafe acts and condition or environmental non-compliance created or practiced by my company with proper documentation to be recorded for future reference.

❖ Conduct Workplace Safety Inspection, Safety Training and Tool-box meetings.

Project: GSK (Jacobe) 2017 May to December 17

❖ Participate in all Safety committee and management meetings.

❖ Assist WSH Manager/ RSO (Registered Safety Officer) to ensure worksite compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Environmental.

❖ Assist WSH Manager/RSO (Registered Safety Officer) in incident investigation and recommended corrective action to prevent

❖ Conduct Workplace Safety Inspection, Safety Training and Tool-box meetings.

Project: Micron Fab 10A1 ( 2018 to 2023 Jan Lead Safety)

❖ Assist WSH Manager/ RSO (Registered Safety Officer) to ensure worksite compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Environmental.

❖ Assist WSH Manager/RSO (Registered Safety Officer) in incident investigation and recommended corrective action to prevent

❖ Conduct Workplace Safety Inspection, Safety Training and Tool-box meetings.

❖ Maintain required Safety and Health documents or files.

❖ Participate in all Safety committee and management meetings.

❖ Receive and keep information from government and implementation on site.

❖ Provided Internal training like, RA (Risk Assessment) MOS (Method of Statement) SWP

(Safe Work Procedure) briefing, Work-At- Height Training, Safe use of Safety Harness Training, Safe use of hand tools, Safe use of electrical equipment, safely handling materials.

Project: Micron Fab 10A2 (2023 Oct to now Company Deputy Lead Safety)

❖ Participate in all Safety committee and management meetings.

❖ Receive and keep information from government and implementation on site.

❖ Daily inspection work site plus prepare inspection report, checklist and submit to client with action taken for recommendation made by Site EHS personal.

❖ Identify unsafe acts and condition or environmental non-compliance created or practiced by my company with proper documentation to be recorded for future reference.

❖ Liaise with client and main contractor submit necessary documents. Review RA,MOS, FPP and others documents.
