Leading, implementing, planning and corrective maintenance on all equipment offshore, in a safe and competent manner as part of a multi-disciplined team. Safeguard the availability and operating condition so that HSSE, production and OPEX targets can be achieved.

• Train and coach JOT/OT to acquire required skill to become multi discipline team for GUMUSUT KAKAP operation and maintenance.

• Ensure the technical integrity of the plant to meet the required plant availability. This is achieved through coordinated maintenance and inspection of electrical equipment and control and safeguarding system. In addition, spare part identification and ordering is part of their job.

• Operate the process plant within the operating envelope to meet Crude oil production target and quality.

• Work and interact with Lead Technicians, Discipline/Support/Maintenance Engineers and Vendors to assist in day to day operations and maintenance

• Perform the roles allocated in the ERT during an emergency.

Perform other miscellaneous duties, like commissioning, helicopter handling, store-keeping, involvement in studies (e.g. RCM), gas testing and etc.

As Senior Technician-MT turbo machinery in maintenance department our job scope are to ensure critical 1, 2 and 3 equipment reliability. Preventive maintenance and repair are performed to the highest standards and according to the latest ISO specification. Major assignment consists of maintenance for Critical 1 equipment. Steam & Gas Turbine, Compressors, Pumps and others Mechanical & Rotating equipment.

• Supervised and lead the team for any minor and major overhaul work for critical equipment.
• Diagnosed problems by applying technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment.

The provision of manpower for Rotating equipment major & minor inspection/Overhaul during turnaround.
