- Due to the volume of work and targets to be met to adhere to business objectives, I managed my own workload and prioritised cases effectively.
- A high level of communication and customer service was required.
- I was also tasked with producing new business improvement processes and implementing such across the department by liaising with teams and management to implement improvements.
