I have completed my diploma in Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. During my time at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I have picked up the relevant skills in events management, customers service, hospitality, F&B and facilities management.
I had 2 internships during my studies. One at NUS where it lasted a month due to the covid situation and 6 months at Holland Bukit Panjang Town Council.
In my time interning at NUS. My job was in the main office of each of the two halls (dorms), Eusoff & Temasek. Job scope was managing the admin as well as facilities of the halls. This involves interaction with students, handling queries, problem solving such as thinking of the solution to put up mosquito's net for students, call support, paperwork and also monitoring and working with contractors about facilities conditions.
During my internship at Holland Bukit Panjang Town Council. The main job scope was being in the call centre, facilities management as well as doing door to door surveys. This has made me comfortable in interacting with people through kindness and patience.
I have also worked many part time jobs throughout my life, mainly in f&b and some sales retail.
Picking up many essential skills such as team communication, skilled at problem resolution and time management. Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while providing quality service. Employs exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to enhance customer experience.
These experiences have natured me into a dedicated, patient and a meticulous person who takes things to perfection.
