Summary

As a HRIS functional expert, I have been working as a transformation and implementation lead in enterprise-wide HR systems and operations in the Asia Pacific region for many years. Since early 2014, I have been implementing cloud HR solutions, particularly, Success Factors and prior to that, implementing PeopleSoft for several years on a regional/global level. I had the opportunity to launch brand new global HR systems from end to end, as well as successfully re-launch failed projects. I have also worked in payroll and payroll outsource projects both at regional and global levels. What helps in my job is my first-hand experience as a HR manager for I am able to relate to the users having “been there”. What fuels my passion for HRIS is understanding the detailed HR agenda and crafting for solutions in the system to meet needs.

  • Manage the global implementation of SuccessFactors’ Employee Central for the 90 countries in the Group in a 3-year program implementing Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Succession and Onboarding.
  • Manage and implement integration to various downstream systems such as country payroll (ADP), travel (CWT and ATPI), various finance systems and internal bespoke systems.

  • Project manager and stream lead for the Employee Central core HR module in SAP enterprise-wide cloud HR solution, Success Factors, responsible for facilitating requirements and design decisions between key stakeholders and the solution architects, UAT planning and execution, working with the training and change management team, and cut-over to production.
  • Managed the Employee Central processes/approval matrix from design to sign-off.
  • Test Lead for the Employee Central testing – managed and coordinated test scripts and both HR and business users, worked with the overall project test lead in the day-to-day management and reporting of the UAT, liaison with the vendors, to test sign-off, and handover to post-implementation support.

  • Responsible for the global rollout of PeopleSoft implementation in APAC (18 countries). This included solutions for workforce administration, recruitment, compensation and performance, payroll interface, profiles and succession and their corresponding employee and manager self-service functions.
  • Supported and trained use of all HR system tools for all users in the region.
  • Provided secondary support for users of the other regions (EMEA, US, LATAM).
  • Region representative on the global technology infrastructure group that oversaw enhancement and new project requests.
