• Managed the daily operations of the Airbnb Singapore(APAC headquarters) headquarters office
• Responsible for maintaining an exceptional working environment for 300+ employees
• Responsibilities include handling workplace requests, housekeeping, mechanical and engineering maintenance
• Assisted in hosting the onboarding session for all Airbnb new joiners monthly
• Responsible for space utilization and upholding all design aspects of the office spaces
• Coordinate and support events from set up requirements to logistical support including AV set-up

• Assisted in the implementation of a 50,000 sq ft re-stacking project for Accenture
• Managed the logistics of the newly renovated space, and ensured a smooth transition for all Accenture users
• Responsible for streamlining Workplace operations through the conceptualization of technology user guides and user training
• Responsible for documenting the Operational Workflow Procedures for the Workplace team
• Responsible for conducting Risk & Safety assessments for all new project spaces taken up by Accenture

• Managed the daily operations of LinkedIn Asia headquarters office, by engaging relevant stakeholders to
understand the business requirements
• Responsible for maintaining an exceptional working environment for 200+ employees
• Responsibilities include the management of the front desk services, handling workplace requests, housekeeping, mechanical and engineering maintenance, event planning & coordination, space/move management and project management
• Assisted in planning an experiential welcome session for all LinkedIn new joiners fortnightly
• Streamlined the payment process for all Workplace vendors
• Assisted in the logistical support of International Women’s Day 2016 - an invite only event for 200 pax. This included the physical set up, AV coordination, food set up
