» Draw the submission drawing to the client and shop drawing for project teams

» Coordinate with senior design engineer for latest up-to-date changes of design drawing

» Coordinate & corporate with counterparts (Architecture, Electrical Engineer )

» Check on site with drawings and coordinate with Site Engineers

» Prepare M&E Services Drawings using Auto CAD

» Drafting Presentation such as Layout, Schematic, Details

» Draft for Plan, Schematic, Detail of Design concepts » Checking and preparing for Submission Drawings

II.As a Quantity Surveyor Cum Document Controller

» Send quotation to equipment suppliers for tender submission.

» Assist QS in taking tender and claim money

» Preparing and computing detail estimate and bill of quantities for project cost and actual quantities for material control

» Preparing documents and managing payment to sub contractor

» Inquiring the latest price of materials to obtain the best and reasonable price

» Ordering to get materials to meet the requirements of working procedures

» Comparing the quotations, selecting competitive prices and summarizing sub-contracts, materials and equipment

» Checking the bill from site and making summary of all bills and comparing actual cost & estimated cost

» Compile and collect all information and documents for claim and prepare weekly and monthly reports to project manager
