• Led preparation for Polish President's official visit to Vietnam, resulting in 5 out of 8 signed agreements, including the largest Polish ODA and investment approvals in Vietnam.

• Diplomatic mission, led economic affairs of the Consulate, e.g., economic cooperation and promotion (cooperation with HKTDC, InvestHK, HKGCC, FHKI, etc.) – organized events, business matching meetings, and seminars.
• Created the program and conducted a series of training (about HK/China markets) for the Polish Network of Investors and Exporters Centers and other groups of businesspeople.

• Diplomatic mission, led the consular section of the Embassy.
• Reorganization of the unit which resulted in significant improvement of efficiency.
• Led major role in organizing the official visit of the Polish Prime Minister to Vietnam in 2010 resulting in opening the market for the Polish meat, plus 3 other deals had been signed.
• Coordinated the legal basis preparation for the opening WAW-HAN flight by LOT Polish Airlines.

• Supervised financial spending of the EU structural funds.

• Head Office, Department of Strategy and Organization. Contributed to a team that prepared financial market analyses. Provide corporate management of the bank with information needed for decision-making processes on developing bank’s products.
