The position involves two clear roles: cancer patient nursing over a period of 12 months and caretaking throughout the employment period. The nursing involved changing dressings, managing medication, supervising side effects, assisting the patient with his daily chores, supervising his strict dietary requirements and monitoring his blood sugar levels. The caretaking comprises sole responsibility for the management of a 3 bedroom private apartment, and other regular service providers as well as liaising with the property management team to looking after three pets and dispensing care when necessary.

• Mainly responsible in taking care of an elderly person. Enhancing elder's quality of life by providing compassionate care and assistance with daily activities. Assisted client in maintaining a safe and clean living environment, promoting health and wellbeing. Provided emotional support, fostering positive relationship and enhancing overall mental health. Managed medication administration for patient, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to prescribed schedules. Improved mobility for elderly individual by assisting with exercises and physical therapy routines. Ensured timely completion of errands for client, including grocery shopping, appointments, and personal affairs management. Maintained detailed records of client progress, updating healthcare professionals on any changes or concerns regularly. Prepared nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements for elderly client while considering their preferences. Assisted with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting giving attention to detail. Maintained clean, safe, and well-organized patient environment.

• Job roles are evaluating patients to identify and address wounds, behavioral concerns, and medically relevant symptoms. Monitored, tracked, and conveyed important patient information to healthcare staff to help optimize treatment planning and care delivery.
