· Investigate and troubleshoot equipment-related issues related to Onboard Bus equipment (OBE) relating to operator’s feedback

Responsibilities
· Perform shift duties (12 hour shift) to support the running of Production in the module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production.
· Take up responsibility curatorship of modules.
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
· Assist Engineers in the installation and new equipment setup.
· Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime.
· Assist in implementing equipment improvement projects using Allen Bradley PLC programming.
· Participate in programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives.
· Attend courses, meeting and training provided to enhance and improve personal technical knowledge and skills as well as discuss module performance.
· Liaise with other departments, vendors, or subcontractor on the implementation or corrective action of process control
· Take up Secondary role as ERT member (Emergency Response Team), ISO 9k lead and Documentation/MSDS
