· Pioneered Lancome’s first ever Sustainability campaign in Hainan tied with Premium Absolue. (Sustainable Pop-up Structure, Record breaking sales of Virtual Refillable Cream Set)
· First-ever CRM 1P partnership with two key hotels in Hainan, bringing O+O activation to live through the brand’s holiday animation in 2020
· Successfully launch of a completely new franchise, Clarifique, to tackle the growing market demand in Essence. Concluded the year with a sizable market share for 2020, closing gap to competition EL Micro-Essence.
· Hainan 360 omni experience Clarifique “Aurora Light Journey” Takeover in November 2020, concluded the celebrity graced pop-up event with Record breaking results of triple digit growth and astounding results from the 3-day livestream events with over double digit in million total views.
· Key driver for the Premium boom in Lancome, ending 2020 with a record high double-digit growth of making it the number 2 franchise for the brand.
· Launched the brand’s boldest and largest O+O “Seoul #Unstoppable Club” Makeup Skating Pop-up Event, a ‘phygital playground’ that integrated both online and offline retail experiences in Seoul, Korea.
· Drove the turnaround of the make-up business, and build successfully pillar products in both Face and Lips with over double digit increase in Sell-out in both respective categories. This ended 2019 makeup category with double digit growth (align to brand growth).
· Co-led Lancome TR Consumer Study in China Cities to understand shopping behaviors and perception of brand versus competition
· Successful launch of 360 campaign projects like Holiday 2017, Genifique Eye Launch
· Led the positive growth of premium franchise Absolue to turn around from negative to positive growth in first half of 2018
