Boarding an application with ACL- Access Control List (Stakeholders List), UAR- User Access Recertification (Stakeholders Access along with the Roles and Entitlements along with the description).Once we receive the emails from the ACL and UAR provider, I would check whether they are provided in the standard format mentioned in the BTED (Business Technical Engagement Documents) provided by the Business Analyst.
They are tested in a testing environment (ELAB) by SQL queries before they are moved to the Live in an Access Governance tool (AVEKSA).
Recertification:Reviews are created. After Review Activation, we would check whether the Stakeholders are maintained the correct access (Mapped to the correct Entitlements and Roles).The owners of the Stakeholders have the necessary Access to maintain or revoke an access.
SLA is maintained to answer queries.
Remediation:Remediation is done to maintain a correct database of both the Movers and Leavers.The main goal of Remediation is Revoking Access of Unwanted Stakeholders.
