• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of the data centre and command centre infrastructure, and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our data centre and command centre infrastructure.
• Supervise the overall maintenance to ensure works are performed in accordance with the maintenance plan.
• Conduct regular inspection on the facilities in the premises to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
• Enforce security measures to prevent unauthorized access, cyber threats, and security breaches.
• Process operational service requests (e.g. physical access clearance, delivery, equipment movement and etc) timely.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets and facility records (e.g. resource allocations, network ports connections and etc).
• Generate regular reports on data centre performance.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service interruptions in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, security specialists, application developers, and other third-party vendors or contractors, to ensure seamless integration and operation of data centre and command centre infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates on operation/maintenance status, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimise disruptions.
• Coordinate and manage the technology refresh of End User Computering Device (EUCD) to ensure faulty devices and devices with expiring are replaced timely.
Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of EUCD.
