• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of the data centre and command centre infrastructure, and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our data centre and command centre infrastructure.
• Supervise the overall maintenance to ensure works are performed in accordance with the maintenance plan.
• Conduct regular inspection on the facilities in the premises to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
• Enforce security measures to prevent unauthorized access, cyber threats, and security breaches.
• Process operational service requests (e.g. physical access clearance, delivery, equipment movement and etc) timely.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets and facility records (e.g. resource allocations, network ports connections and etc).
• Generate regular reports on data centre performance.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service interruptions in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, security specialists, application developers, and other third-party vendors or contractors, to ensure seamless integration and operation of data centre and command centre infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates on operation/maintenance status, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimise disruptions.
• Coordinate and manage the technology refresh of End User Computering Device (EUCD) to ensure faulty devices and devices with expiring are replaced timely.
Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of EUCD.

• Manage Third-Party Vendor Relations, ensuring compliance with stringent Service Level Agreements

• Implement Policies for Business Goals, Security Protocols, and Audit Compliance
• Maintain Critical Network Infrastructure, including servers, routers, firewalls, databases, and storage systems
• Support Network Control Center (NCC) equipment, ensuring internal and external reliability
• Ensure seamless operation of essential Business Applications
• Liaise with Telecommunications Providers to maintain robust connectivity
• Provide Support for Emergent Projects, focusing on new payment infrastructure
• Conduct Proactive Monitoring of Critical Systems for early issue detection
• Lead Business Application Migration to the Ingenico In>Dx platform
• Oversee Compliance and Documentation for the Payment Service Act as mandated by MAS

• Oversight the team (5 engineers) in ensuring successful projects completion with teammates and PMs, being an escalation point when problems arise and mentoring junior to senior engineers
• Responsible for planning the server or rack, arranging the server mounting or rack installation, and following up the installation of Linux server operating system
• Responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, repair follow-up on break-fix of the server and other hardware
• Maintain data on internal systems including asset management, ticketing, and rack elevations
• Work with remote/ onsite vendors to solve hardware batch failures and problems
• Responsible for dealing with the problems raised by the BUS
• Submit and track the part RMA or media destruction process
• Server network troubleshooting and server lifecycle management
• Management of high-capacity consumption of racks to ensure no service disruption
• Installing VM (Windows, RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu)
• Configuring RAID 0,1,5,10

• Working closely with SA (Network Engineer) for console access and comply with the approved process in Data Center
• Following the standard operating procedure of client DC ops, which are standardized across the region
• Managing ticket and queue monitoring (Incident, Service & Change Request) for network and system queues
• Daily operations/maintenance/troubleshooting of servers and networking devices issues
• Responsible for server deployment (Accepting delivery, mounting, patching, OS provisioning and handing over to customer)

• Follow the Standard Instructions given by SA (via SNOW) or DC Management for activities such as rack & stack, cable patching, server health check, etc
• Work with Designated Partner for racking and stacking of servers and all movement of servers will be managed by partner (DELLEMC and HP), helping of racking and stacking on initial stage
• Monitor the Data center servers' status in terms of physical health check
• (Monitoring only involves for first level of work)

• Facilities Management related tasks, including but not restricted to structured network cabling, cable tracing, patching and rack management in relation to Data Center / ELV operations
• Installation, termination, testing and labeling of all cross connects (copper, coax, fiber) cable
• Moving and installation of cabinets, racks and IT equipment

• Data Center, MDF & Telco Installation: Racks and stacks customer equipment Installing intra-cage fiber tray, ladder rack, customer equipment and cabinets
• Conducts carrier circuit testing
• Cross Connects Installs/Tests/Modifies cross connects per SOPs and ensures proper cable management of: coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and intra-building cross connects
